2022-2023 Data Cycle Requirements
The Data Cycle Report Form Template should be submitted twice this year:
- 1st Quarter - DUE November 2 (Submit here)
- 3rd Quarter - DUE March 21
- Complete a Data Cycle Report as you/your team begins each data cycle
- Please make a copy of this Data Cycle Report Form Template for each data cycle
- Please name your copy using this naming convention:
- Naming Convention: Department - Course - Priority Standard - Quarter
- Example: Math - Algebra 1 - Fractions - 3rd Quarter
- Naming Convention: Department - Course - Priority Standard - Quarter
- Each team will submit two data cycles this year (1st and 3rd quarters) and then meet with the Leadership Team to present that data during the 2nd and 4th quarters
- Each department will be assigned a time to meet with the building leadership team during the second and fourth quarters to review the Data Cycle Report(s), ask questions, and provide feedback to each other.
- Submit (see below)
- Your team should still meet at least once weekly to work on your data cycle(s)
- Data cycles should be developed around one or two priority standards; the final data should indicate how many students achieved mastery level for those one-two standards
- Teams comprised of "singletons" do NOT have to complete the same data cycles; meetings will consist of teams sharing ideas for data cycle organization and sharing instructional strategies--the goal is for each team member to improve his or her instruction/unit as evidenced by the data gathered within the data cycle
- Even teams that do not share a course will be able to share experiences and provide valuable insight into fellow team members' work
- The Data Cycle Report is organized following the steps in the Data Cycle
The dates each step is completed will indicate the dates the team met to plan those steps or share the data required of that step - Data cycles may range from two-six weeks, following a typical unit structure or taking place within a unit (not necessarily spanning the entire unit)
- Change your privileges to "Fulton Public Schools anyone in this group with this link can view."
